Tomato Onion Egg Omelette with Capsicum

Tomato Onion Capsicum Egg Omlette

Ingredients:
  1. Eggs - 2
  2. 1 chopped tomato
  3. 1 chopped green capsicum 
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 1 cup chopped coriander
  6. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  7. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder ( lal tikhat )
  8. salt to taste
  9. oil - 1 tablespoon
  10. Milk - 2 tablespoon
 Method:
  1. Take one bowl and beat the eggs till bubbles starts to appear.
  2. Add milk, oil and other mentioned ingredients and mix well.
  3. Then, drizzle oil in a pan, let it heat..then put this mixture into the pan.
  4. Cook on low to medium flame and close the lid.
  5. Let it cook for 3-4 mins.
  6. Once both the sides of the omelette is cooked.
  7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve with bread or roti.
 Tip:
  1. If you prefer spicy flavor, add 1 chopped green chili.
